Although we have tried our best to provide full information about items such as discretion, size, etc., we know they may not fit all our customers. No worries! We provide you with an exchange service. You can exchange the item within 15 days after the package is delivered. 


Return Fee:

Ordinary
Shipping cost of the exchanged order will be covered by CRERI. But the return shipping cost of the original order should be covered by you.

CRERI PLUS
United states: Free Exchange.
The other countries:  Exchanged order shipping cost and 50% of return shipping cost will be covered by CRERI.

Conditions:

A.Please make sure that all the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Any items that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for an exchange.
B.Please make sure the order is still within the exchange window.
C.It is not an exchanged order.


Supplement:

If the order is an exchanged order, you cannot apply for a re-exchange.


How to Exchange?

1.Click My Account (If you don’t have one, please click here to create an account first.)
2.Select the order to be returned. Click “…”, and select Exchange items.
3.Add the item(s) to be exchanged. Select products to receive, Search for products(Enter the tittle of the product you would like to receive above). Select Size, Color, Number, and scroll down to the bottom to Submit.
After submitting the exchange request, please back to order detail to check whether it has been submitted successfully. If so, you will receive an notification email. 

Tips: It is recommended to use a PC to handle this process, which will be much smoother.

How to ship the item(s) back?

A.We provide you a shipping label: Please log in to your account and find the approved return order. Download and print out the shipping label. And then pack the items, go to the post office and ship it to our U.S. warehouse.

B.We do not provide you a shipping label: You can choose any carrier. Pack the return items and ship it to our U.S. warehouse. Please do send us the tracking number after you ship the package, which is the key information for us to identify your order. If you do not choose tracking service, please send us your return receipt so that we can match your package in other ways.


Where is my exchange order?

We will create an exchange order for you when your return shipping is updated, which will be processed like a normal order. You will receive an exchange order confirmation email and tracking email.
